At Niagara Light & Living, we strive to make every step of your shopping experience as pleasant and seamless as possible.
We are proud to carry a curated selection of reputable and high-quality brands. While a limited range of stock ships directly from our Niagara warehouse, many of our products are shipped directly from our Canadian and international suppliers. This approach reduces errors, saves valuable time and resources, and ultimately lessens our environmental footprint—allowing us to serve you better while supporting a more sustainable model.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Scope
We ship across Canada using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and local courier services depending on location and item size. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all deliveries are made to your doorstep.
Please note the following:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping charges. If this applies, we will contact you in advance with a custom shipping rate for your approval prior to processing payment.
Delivery Timelines & Lead Times
We aim to process and fulfill orders as efficiently as possible. Estimated delivery times vary depending on stock status:

In-stock items: Typically delivered within 10–15 business days.

Supplier-shipped or made-to-order items: May require 1 to 18 weeks, depending on manufacturer lead times, product availability, and demand.
Please note: All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Timelines do not include statutory holidays, weather-related delays, or supplier production issues.
Backorders
Should an item become backordered or delayed, we will notify you promptly with an updated lead time. At that point, you may choose to wait, exchange for an alternate item, or cancel your order.
Damages & Claims
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incomplete:

Inspect and open all packages within 24–48 hours of receipt.

Retain all original packaging and delivery documentation.

Take clear photos of any damage and email us at info@niagaralightandliving.com.

Submit your claim within 48 hours of delivery so that we may file a timely report with the carrier.
Claims submitted after this window may not qualify for compensation or replacement.
Refused Deliveries
Any purchase refused at the time of delivery without prior written authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
