Return Policy

We’re sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t work out. We understand that finding the right piece can take time, and we’re here to help you get it just right.

Please note that many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and may be subject to international shipping charges, customs duties, and handling fees. As a result, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom, made-to-order, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the item was received in defective condition or there was an error in your order.


The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must arrange for the item to be shipped back to us securely and with tracking.
